Our production line
SDEN uses the advanced LEAS Super Line, imported from Italy, which operates fully automatically without the need for human supervision. For example, a typical steel radiator (Type 22, 600mm*1000mm)
has over 1,600 welding points. The LEAS line’s precise welding process can handle this with high accuracy.
This cutting-edge technology allows the entire production process to run automatically, reducing the chance for mistakes and increasing efficiency. With LEAS, welding is done by robots with a closed-loop control system, leading to a very low defect rate, consistent sizes, and minimal errors.
Quality control is top-notch with 100% pressure testing and real-time data tracking. The leak-proof system ensures added safety and stability. The line is imported from Europe, uses seamless welding with no defects (<0.01%), and is pressure-tested at 10 bar, ensuring a reliable and error-free manufacturing process. This eliminates human error, follows strict standards, and guarantees safety for users.
